ConnectEd Partners

Providing services across South Australia

The ConnectEd program is delivered across South Australia by a partnership of three agencies: Uniting Communities, Uniting Country SA and UCWB. The program aims to increase the capacity of community members to manage and minimise essential utilities expenses, and to find help to maintain connection to utilities services.

ConnectEd is funded by the South Australian Government’s Department of Human Services.

UCWB

Since 1850, UCWB has been delivering support services to the local community in Adelaide’s west, inner north and, more recently, the inner south and northern suburbs. Our purpose is to provide social health and wellbeing services to enable people to live with dignity.

UCWB provides a range of services including emergency assistance, homelessness, financial health, child and family, disability, aged care, mental health and carer support.
