ConnectEd partners

Providing services across South Australia

The ConnectEd program is delivered across South Australia by a partnership of three agencies: UCWB, Uniting Communities, and Uniting Country SA. The program aims to increase the capacity of community members to manage and minimise essential utilities expenses, and to find help to maintain connection to utilities services.

ConnectEd is funded by the South Australian Government’s Department of Human Services.

Since 1850, UCWB has been delivering support services to the local community across Adelaide’s metropolitan area. Our purpose is to provide social health and wellbeing services to enable people to live with dignity.

UCWB provides a range of services including emergency assistance, homelessness, financial health, child and family, disability, aged care, mental health and carer support.

Uniting Communities

Uniting Communities works across South Australia delivering more than 90 community service programs, including aged care, disability, youth services, homelessness intervention, foster care and family counselling. Our team of staff and volunteers support and engage with more than 20,000 South Australians each year.

We strive to build strong and supportive communities, and help people realise their potential and live the best life they can.

Uniting Country SA

These include shelter for the homeless, financial support, helping young people, counselling and a range of programs to strengthen families. Our 260 staff and 200 volunteers love to make a difference.
